Within the scope of our service:
To reduce energy costs by always complying with legal requirements and adapting existing practices to energy efficient and low operating cost technologies, To protect energy resources and the environment by separating recyclable waste and eliminating other waste, To set goals and targets to increase the efficiency of the energy management system and its performance on a continuous basis and to continuously improve and adapt our processes to achieve these goals,
To provide the necessary information and resources to achieve our goals and objectives, to constantly improve and review the effectiveness and performance of the Energy Management System in accordance with national and international standard conditions, to train our staff on energy saving and efficiency, to support energy efficient habits, by following technological developments and innovations, To contribute to sustainable production through the efficient use of energy and materials by purchasing energy efficient products and services, To provide information support and raise awareness to our participants in all their work in order to use energy efficiently in line with our energy policy, As KİRMAN HOTELS, by complying with national and international legal legislation and regulations. We undertake to carry out our activities within an energy management system based on continuous development and by providing the necessary resources.

To ensure the participation and training and development of our Kirman Family colleagues within the framework of determined goals,
To continuously improve the working conditions of our colleagues by evaluating their suggestions and expectations, to reduce OHS risks by eliminating hazards, to ensure the security of all information and data belonging to the business and its stakeholders at the highest level by giving importance to technology and digitalization, to integrate the Energy Management System into all corporate management systems with its continuous development strategy.
